Grades 8-12 11v11 League

The Grades 8–12 division delivers a fast‑paced, competitive field hockey experience built around full‑field 11v11 play. Each session features a 60‑minute regulation‑style game, giving athletes consistent exposure to real match flow, tactical decision‑making and the physical demands of high‑school level hockey.

• 11v11 competition: Athletes learn full‑field spacing, systems and strategy that mirror high‑school play.
• Game‑only format: A full hour of continuous play sharpens endurance, game IQ and on‑field communication.
• Advanced development: Emphasis on ball control under pressure, structured defensive play, transition speed and attacking creativity.
• Inclusive but competitive: Open to experienced players and motivated newcomers ready for a higher level of play.

We will run three (3), one hour sessions on the turf fields at D-Y Middle School from 5PM to 8PM on Wednesday evenings for six weeks starting July 8, 2026. Exact time slots will be confirmed after registration is closed and we know how many have registered for each age division.
